Meet Katherine Macomber Millman, LMP

As one of the many massage practitioners who are here to serve our community’s evolution in good health, I invite you to engage in your own evolution, and in the development of your intuitive wisdom.  I invite you to do this by developing a wide-awake responsiveness to the messages from your body.  I invite you to pay attention.
 
In my practice, I begin with two premises.  First, I totally trust your process: my part is to facilitate, coach and witness the flow of it.  Second, I see your essential nature.  I hold that as a template, and I welcome you to inhabit yourself within that template, with ease and love.  On a technical level, your session may involve one or several modalities.  You come in and choose one…or we consult, and then tailor the session to your needs – from stress release to multi-leveled transformation.
 
When I am practicing Massage, I’m being a flow detective. I am searching out the congested, tight, compacted, or numb areas, and inviting you to breathe pliability into your tissue.  I invite you to become accessible to touch, to deeply relax, to flow. I offer you an opportunity to clear your day, your week – however you hold your life in your body – to Be Here Now.
 
When I’m practicing other techniques, I am still searching for flow, but I’m not so muscle-focused.  CranioSacral Therapy and Soul Lightening  (formerly Process Acupressure) are both equally profound, lending themselves to emotional processing, as well as structural and energetic shifts. Reiki, Core Zero Balancing, and Matrix Energetics are distinct, powerful techniques that somehow find themselves included in most massage sessions. Each session is unique, bringing you to a more dynamic integration of your being - a consciousness of who you are, in your most authentic self. Your strengthened authenticity is key to our collective renewal.  Your body is the doorway to this inner wisdom.  Please, do come in.
