My purpose in wellness coaching is to be of service to others. It is my passion to listen deeply to the needs and values of my clients and ask powerful questions to stimulate new and enlightening awareness, thinking and action to arise to the surface. I deliver value to my clients by empowering them to achieve mastery over their Health and Well-Being so they can experience the highest quality of life filled with abundant happiness, energy, well-being and good fortune. Everyone can benefit from wellness coaching as we all have areas outside our awareness perception, including myself, which need attention.

In Eckhart Tolle’s book The Power of Now, he illustrates how by accessing the present moment we can become the objective observer and connect with what the Present Moment or Source is asking of us. My journey to being of service as a Wellness Coach was revealed to me in such a moment when I asked “how may I best serve my fellow human beings?” Without really knowing it I had been studying and living wellness for my entire life, and was being prepared to be of service to others by simply living.
