Providing Therapeutic Massage & Bodywork

Gone are the days when we should let the time, the cost or our body related issues get in the way of seeking out a competent massage therapist. Massage is no longer considered an indulgence.  Optimizing your health just makes good economic sense and bodywork can go a long way to reduce stress. Stress causes constrictions that impede your circulation, hamper your digestion, disrupt hormonal balance and weaken your immune system. Massage increases the flow of blood and lymph, allowing your tissue to receive oxygen while carrying away toxins. It can enhance detoxification and most weight loss programs.
    Men and women of all ages, colors, shapes, and sizes should be getting the bodywork they deserve. It’s very rewarding to see clients come in, somewhat guarded, and watch them melt with surrender when they realize they have found comfort, safety and trust. On my table your level of modesty and your differences will be honored and protected.
   My work is a blend of techniques derived from Swedish massage, deep tissue & neuromuscular therapy, Reiki and Lomi Lomi.  I will work with you to ease chronic pain and reduce stress, providing sessions tailored to your needs and preferences.
